EXHIBITS

Construction Zone

Children can take on the role of civil engineers by checking out some of the key techniques needed to build structures. From architect to engineer to contractor there’s something for every child to build at the construction site. Children and their families can team-up in building a house, chair, table or any object desired using the panels, framework, hard hats, screwdrivers, nuts, bolts and many more tools provided by the museum. When a child puts on a construction hard-hat and tool belt, their imagination builds and expands to greater success for their future.
